Analysis of the remote laser cutting process induced damage in carbon fibre reinforced polymers with cutting process simulations

چکیده

Remote laser cutting in carbon fibre reinforced polymers is a promising machining technology, which can reduce the main drawback cutting, heat affected zone. As zone has strong influence on mechanical behaviour of composite, an exact characterisation key challenge for simulation and design polymers. In order to reach this goal, process model introduced. Based finite difference method, transport modelled macroscopic scale. The material parameters are calculated with rule mixture. Matrix evaporation, cause formation matrix evaporation gap, phase transitions adaption results validated micro-sections gap.
